The Hearing Loop Initiative in the United Kingdom

Hearing Link in the United Kingdom now has its own “Let’s Loop the UK” effort, with local loop groups. The hearing loop efforts in the United States were originally inspired by hearing loops in the UK. 

The UK has made a priority of looping not only public auditoriums and worship places, but also transient venues such as pharmacy counters, teller stations, and post office windows. Hearing Link teams are checking the performance of these systems and the results can be viewed on the published report.
